Cancellations- Subscription Cancellation

- Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your access will be terminated, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Refunds- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees already paid. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances: (i) You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe; (ii) There is a billing error on our part; (iii) You have accidentally subscribed to a plan or made a duplicate purchase.
